This reminds me of our room at Hotel Wing Kourakuen. Small but very comfy and clean (and reasonably priced). I'd love to stay here too!

This has helped me a lot with choosing a hotel as I was told an apartment was cheaper than a hotel and it was but this video evidence beats it! I'd probably end up going here as you only need a comfortable bed and a good place to wash and that's all that matters. Me and my partner are planning to go soon and would probably spend more money on food and shopping than staying in a luxury hotel. Thank you.

Very similar to room in $19 US a night hotel I stayed at in Kaohsiung, Taiwan! Biggest difference, no fridge in the room!

I think an American traveler could cope with the small space for the price, maybe not the bidet! So the window view is non-existent!

I love these kinds of rooms. I'm a flight attendant and I love flying to Japan as always. I'd rather stay in a standard room like this than the fancy ones.

Been there, functional and clean. No nonsense breakfast. Good location with inexpensive restaurant close by.
I will never book in a cheap motel in the western world …especially the know who charge per hour. You know what kind of business can happen there.,,but this is surprisingly clean. I might try it in Japan.

Perfect location! Entrance/exit to train station is just in front of the hotel and there is a Family Mart beside! Love the digital magazine! Room is ok. I wish it was a meter wider.
Thanks for the view into the hot water maker, often they are very calcified and not really clean. But this one seems ok. This details are really important. Many rooms look nice and clean at first sight. But the details show the reality!
50 per night is around 1500 a month. Our rents higher and its not even as nice as this place.

This room reminds me of a hotel I stayed in Tokyo; a few years ago. The layout was exactly like this. It was small but perfectly functional for one person. I even had a Japanese breakfast to go along with it. The only bad part was I was given a smoking room, and I'm a non smoker. Not even opening the window slightly helped a whole lot. Still, I wouldn't mind trying it again.
other than the size this is nicer than most hotels ive seen at far higher prices.

We visited Japan (Tokyo & Chiba) in 2015 and it is so beautiful and very clean.
When I was stationed Japan I would stay in a hotel like this from time to time just to get some time off the ship. This looks alot nicer then the ones I stayed at 18 years ago.
