I wonder if you are able to say "Khap Khun Khap"? If so, why are you not able to pronounce Kho Chang and Kho Mak correctly? Because it is NOT pronounced like Kho Cheng or Kho Mek… 😉

HI man was wondering about the internet in the island. Actually in the 3 main islands since me and my wife we are planning to travel that corner of thailand in the coming months, but we still need to carry on some work while travelling.
In ko mak is the web good enough for mailing ? and maybe video calls? what do you reckon can you get a 4g ?
In ko Chang i been there before and i remember it should be good enough.
What about ko kut. same questions as for ko make regarding the internet.
Last but not least do this island keep a 24 hours energy on or they shout down the generator on day time?

i visited this island in Jan 2016 . stayed at banana sunset resort for 3 days and Baning khao resort for a week. Had the best vacation ever . Such a beautiful and calm place to be. I will definitely be going back one day .

Hi Gabriel.. ~ I believe the …..'pretty'….. little red, cluster berry plant you stopped by to admire and ponder on it's edibility!, was of the 'Arum' family.
Different varieties of it grow in many places around the world.
Where I live in North Wales / UK, it has the folk name of 'Lords and Ladies' or 'Cuckoo Pint'….amongst many other names, some quite 'suggestive'……!!
The variety that grows here (UK) is a very common woodland plant, grows everywhere in woods, forests, glades etc…..
Not sure which particular variety you'd see there in Thailand…. but yes, you guessed right, all parts of the plant ARE poisonous including the berries!!
Although like most poisonous plants it will have medicinal (and magical!) uses….
I have a very great love of nature, and a particular interest in wild plants etc.. If and whenever I go travelling myself, that is one of my own personal interests that would have me trekking out into the bush or forest, so to speak….. ie. studying the natural flora and plants, find out what's growing there……
BTW the sea (underwater) there looks wonderful…….
