Digestive and skin disorders like Exzema are really common for Asians and with the kind of diet they eat daily it's no wonder. Me and my kids bought some Chinese bakery, in Canada, to eat for a few days and we were feeling the effects of irregularity. 😂 It's not fun. Once the fruit and veggies came back in we were starting to feel better. Now Chinese bakery is only a once month kind of thing provided that other food groups are included. The Chinese they just eat anything with out thinking how it effects their digestion.
So which one at high tea did you eat but was not supposed to? Also for some reason, I feel like the people seem to be a tiny bit rude. Not sure why I sense that. I hope I'm wrong.
