That they charged you 200baht to go on the island Ko Kham was a simple rip off ( 200 for a drink hmm ) , never experienced that anywhere in Thailand.

I have a tip, if you wanna go to kohmak, go to the resort Lazy Day. The people there are really nice and you get your own mini house right infront of the beach. I went there a few years ago and it's still my favourite thing to remeber!

Thailand is amazing and beautiful. I love the Paradise Beach. White sand and clear water. The beach looks isolated and I love the coral and fish. I'm more interested in Thailand now than the Philippines because you can learn about Buddhism. Thai islands are gorgeous.

We liked the food at Mira Montra, nice place – and the coconut-coffee there is awesome!
The reason that hotel never complete is that the local government would not grant a certificate for the hotel registration because this hotel was build with many illegal things. Such as building a dam in the sea just infront of the beach to prevent a wave hit island without asking for permission first. Also they build an extra area of the white sand beach by pouring more sand onto the beach to increase beach area, again without asking for permission. Thus, the investor stop building coz there is no point continue building it. 🙂🙏😄 Fact from Thai news 9 years ago.
