Imo, saddening to see the #1 restaurant in Agadir (according to TripAdvisor) just so happens to be a place that doesn't serve Moroccan food, popular with probably tourists exclusively and doesn't even serve halal food. Also, the website you gave in the description is for the France location, not the Agadir location (I don't think they are related, even though they share the same name).

Thanks for the nice vlog. We have eaten in souk elhad fish. Fresh and very cheap. And in añahda you can eat meat tagine. Ask the taxi driver for anahda place where you can eat the best meat and spareribbs.
