Every street selling the same items and offers originated in Cambodia where every shop sells the same service, or items and it's on a huge scale. Odd system but it works, some how and prices are fixed the same every business.
I would go for breakfast but for value for money, it has to be the buffet.

Hi Nick thai buffet all day long, all looked good food and the ladies are happy. I always enjoy that type of meal for good value and enjoy with thai people. Nice gesture to help out at a difficult time.
Thai buffet anytime you have English breakfast when you get home.

Martin, it's the cluster effect. Where similar types of business group together. They attract more customers as folk know that, if they are looking for that type of service, they know where to go. It also provides a greater degree of choice.

Not a big fan of the pork pan (หมูกระทะ) buffets personally. Not so keen on getting the odd bitesize piece of meat in dribs and drabs but I'm not Thai, it's just not what I'm used to. I'd much prefer a 99฿ but it also depends where you get the breakfast from. Retox used to do a fantastic 99฿ breakfast, probably the best around, but only served at that price until 2pm. Cheap Charlie's did a great one also. The Devonshire used to do a decent breakfast for 89฿ but then upped the price to around 149฿ despite being inferior to the two places I mentioned above, which are in the same area.
I really like this Vlog. NOT pretentious. Just simple easy going. Great to see some of the girls together like a family and your taking good care of them as times are hard and unsettling. This to me is how life should be. Well done Nick and June.
