I have always thought that people who eat at chinese restaurants are either very greedy and foolhardy, or very brave. They have a perrenial reputation for filth. Eating out at all is a gamble I choose to mostly avoid, but nothing within the realms of reason could compel me to eat at a Chinese restaurant, and you can add Indian a close second after that.
A lot of the bug and rodent issues are really on the property owners to deal with they should be held accountable as well
