I think about how difficult it is to keep critters out of a normal reasonably clean home with say a family of 4 in Florida where meals and snacks are prepared several times a day by at least 2 people and consumed in several parts of the home depending on who is eating. With one of the people preparing the meals also primarily responsible for sanitizing the entire home. It can be hectic and if you are not religious about sanitation and pest control it can get out of control within a matter of hours. I can't imagine a small restaurant with some people working there who don't necessarily care about pest control or sanitation.

All they have to do is go to the dollar stores and Amazon or Walmart and they have tons of cheap products that work to kill Roaches and clean any store like this shouldn't be rocket science
My favorite restaurant is conveniently located in my home. My Hubby has a degree in Culinary Arts, so our meals are always restaurant quality, but the food is much cleaner!!!
