Great vid. Really enjoyed it. Brings back memories. That hotel opposite that was boarded up was called Family mansion 2. I had my 40th birthday party there (20 years ago). Also next time you’re up that way can you please walk further into the soi as my friend has one of those round bars in there it’s called starfish bar and I wonder if it’s still open. Would much appreciate it if you could do a little video so I can see as that so I used to be my hangout
    Thanks again and good luck

Yea good choice on no Rice man!! I just turned 41 and I have to cut out the Rice too, Im half Filipino and grew up in a house where the Rice cooker/warmer is always full. Last week was the first time i took it down and no more ready to eat rice. Too much turns into sugars which is bad for blood pressure, this new diet sucks. I am hoping by April for my turn in THailand i am good enough to eat some rice again at least. I just googled today too if Naan/Pita or bread which was healthier for you. Pita best, Naan second and White bread last lol
