I haven’t been there in years but I recognize that elevator chime anywhere and it instantly brings me a sense of nostalgia.
The floors do look like the 1980’s blew up in there, but I think it gives it a bit of charm that you can’t find anywhere else. Great video mate!🙂

Back in the day, I used to get a cab from the airport (Don Mueang) to Nana Hotel. The cab would let me off at the store close to the corner. I'd grab a couple of Singha beer, crack one open, then head to the hotel to check in. Great location!

I really like your narration style and how you presented this video. You looked so hungover in the dining room 🙂 Right at the end, you said my thoughts perfectly: I'd only stay there for the location (freelancers!!!). This hotel reminds me of the Boss Suites Nana, where I had the misfortune of staying a couple of years ago. Seedy. Stay there once for the experience then go somewhere better.
I have stayed there 4 times back in the day a total of about 100 days and I always rated it 90 cause right across the way is the Nana Plaza and all is great!

i stayed there a few times over the years. It is OK. I got a "deluxe" room a year and a half ago when I was there. Had a fine view of the BTS! corridors are dirty looking. Would not stay for too many days. The outdoor pool was actually very nice. Except for the location can not really recommend it

I have stayed there at the iconic Nana Hotel. Too bad the disco is gone, but it is the location that is the best thing and the pool. But what do you expect for $50 a night?

Best hotel in Bangkok
It's a throwback to the 60s. I stayed there on my 1st trip in 2005. I still go in to use the public toilets by the lifts, but never felt like staying there again. Sometimes I sit in the lobby for some aircon and listen to the American geriatrics who make up much of the clientele..
Never seen such a happy man
I actually loved it. But I'm easy to please. The free breakfast i thought was great. Staff were very friendly. Its really meant for a single man. Its not a family location. The proximity to some of the most beautiful women in the world more than makes up for any minor shortcomings.
Its an old hotel used to have a little nightclub on ground floor at back but i think they closed it and the little bar at the rear too
The Hotel bar used to be where Hooters is now. Was always a good place to have a beer and watch all the characters go past on Soi 4.
ONLY good thing about this hotel is location. Dreadful place.
I missed Bangkok. I stayed in soi 4 CheQinn hostel. It is clean and silent i like. And i stayed only one night Nana Hotel but not lonely;) we went hotel directly from EQ night club and i like his room. It was up floor
Nana hotel is an old dinosaur of a hotel , hookers were not allowed inside for a long time there , windows are small out front , love Nana plaza , I filmed there on its last night uploaded yesterday but blocked in north america anyway nice video but not filmed recently obviously , usually older hookers sit outside this hotel because they can't stand at the sign lol anyway I film ladyboys so I don't go there often , the Nana sign is the only nice thing really , it hides the car park 🙂
