I am from the Stoke-on-Trent area (Newcastle-under-Lyme) as i have visited Pattaya on numerous occasions over the years….I always make a beeline to Nicky's Cafe. The food and the service are second to none plus Dave (Stumpy) is a Native of Stoke and an ex-Mineworker like myself…..I am hopefully out again in January 2022…Nicky's will be on my list….
I am from America and from the deep south and I could not understand what she was saying. But whenever I get to Thailand I will certainly visit the restaurant. I am moving to the Philippines to marry my Filipino fiance but we plan on visiting Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries if this virus ever gets under control. I just subscribed to your Channel today and I am enjoying some of your information about where to go and how much things cost. Thanks

Debbie reminds me so much of my late mam. Same haircut, style of glasses and dare I say it? Body shape:) Sadly she died of Cervical Cancer but I will always remember her smile and her ability to talk the hind legs off a donkey. Love you mam. X
good honest food there – sunday lunch is great and the ploughmans is great value
I;ve been in there about 6 times , I found her rude and obnoxious , sit's at the end of the bar and thinks she's the Queen of Sheba !! too full of her self importance to give you the time of day !! food was shit also ,,,, never been back

Hi Trev. 2 interesting interviews.
I remember the original Nicky, to say she could drink was an understatement.
Nicky, was from Bristol, she used to do a cider Sunday.
That used to go on till breakfast time Monday morning.
What a lady, a true icon.
Debbie had big big shoes to fill.
Debbie has done a great job, and is lets not forget how helpful she is with her local knowledge, and her big personality.
I recommend Nickys place.
Do they still have the four poster beds?
By far one of the best meals in town.. Debbie is as true as they get..such a wonderful lady…

I quite often see Rangers and particularly Celtic tops while on my travels but a bit surprised to see a framed Hearts top in the background. Is the owner Scottish?
