Wow.. nice hotel near my apartment..
hmmm,… if you ever go back the Hanshin Hotel is extremely good and covenient. Onsen water is piped in so it's available in the bathroom and in the public bath.
hahaha! I have to go to Osaka yearly to visit family but I don't speak Osaka-ben! (^_^)
Can you please do an Osaka japlaning video I would love to know how to get around Osaka as well, please. I love your videos keep up the great work.
Hi, I was jus wondering if you had to pay accommodation tax or was it included when you booked the hotel? Also, do you have to carry your passport everywhere you go in Japan?
Hey I'll be staying at the Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridori in a Standard Twin Room for my trip later in March! It was nice to stumble across your video on it, thank you for sharing. 🙂
Happy to record the 100th 'like' on this post. As always it is both informative and friendly. I've just read in 'Japan by rail' that the JR Pass can get discounts at hotels run by JR, so wondered whether you had ever used them. Also wondering if I should book all the nights for a planned trip from Tokyo to Kagoshima and back, or just set off and hope for the best. So I would sincerely welcome any advice 🤔 👍🤗
What is the procedure for big suitcases in trains and subways? Seems like I don't see people with big bags go through the ticket gate or ride trains in most Japan videos?
We have decided we are not doing Tokyo this time . Our first visit will be Osaka Kyoto etc and also near Osaka is a place where deer just walk around and you feed them lol . It seems to have a bit more for us and gets out blood going a bit more . Is Osaka as good as it looks cheers
GAMES 😂🤣
the staircase in train stations has signs to tell you to keep right or left.
Hello cakes with faces. Are you ok? I saw the typhoon has hit Osaka and I'm hoping you're safe and not still in Japan. Please let your fans know
Thought I'd share a little travel hack I learned, might find useful…if you take an extension plug you can charge multiple devices with just one adapter! 🙂
Good vid ya'll.
"Could I have a room with an office block view please" said noone ever 😀
As much as I’m looking forward to Tokyo for our first visit to Japan I do have a big wish to visit Osaka aswell . Loved this video and the hotel looked fantastic
I've really been looking forward to your Osaka videos since I'm starting my Japan trip there in 5 weeks and I haven't quite decided what to do there yet. I was hoping you'd make it there in your videos before I went haha! Funnily enough I almost booked that hotel too. Great video as always 🙂
Interesting video Amy and Phil. Looks like a pretty typical Japanese hotel room, they seem to all have a similar layout.
Tip for traveling with lots of electronics, take 1 adapter then a standard UK power strip with 4 or 5 sockets, if you can get one with USB sockets even better.
I'm In Osaka soon, can't wait!!
Hi Amy Osaka will be my second holiday to japan. As I said before I’m going Tokyo..my friend said will I be going on a bullet train… my answer was I’m not going on a bullet train for that sake of it lol! I’d love to live permanently near japan in the future I know they have the highest life expectancy there.
I know you do videos on travels to japan but could you do videos on settling down or jobs a foreigner could do there. I’m not qualified to be an English teacher so that’s out of the question.
Thanks Amy ^_^
Aw I love Osaka <3 I'm actually going again in Autumn aha.I feel you on the stairs ;-; lugging cases everywhere is the worst >_<
Looking forward to seeing the rest of your videos on your stay there 🙂
I like the quality of your videos, what camara did you use
When are you leaving Japan?
