Pakistan street food in Thailand. Wow that's Awesome. People are so friendly.
I am always inspired by the way you find joy in your life; with your wife, in your surroundings, the people you meet, and the food that you shared, and your cycling. At at almost, 70, I am thinking of getting a bicycle and taking up cycling! Not racing, at least not right away. LOL! I often watch one of your videos after my morning devotional time as a reminder to see the blessings of what I experience in my family, daily routines and encounters. May God bless you!
I loved your intro JoelâĶ..thanks for making me smile
hello Joel and Li! Greetings from Dubai. This is such an amazing video. ððððð Just one thing I noticed was that the chef mentioned he is from Punjab and not from Pakistan, although geographically they are very close to one another and dishes are very similar I believe. But I had a colleague turned friend who is a Punjabi and he told me that sadly, Punjabis and Pakistanis are not very fond of each other due to some cultural differences. I was just noticing the chefâs reactions and I was wondering maybe he would prefer his dishes to be referred to as Punjabi Food instead. Just a thought but I may be wrong. Anyways, Iâve been an avid follower of you and Liâs food adventures. My favorite is definitely your China series with Li! More success to your channel and God bless and protect you both always. ðððð

A paratha is a flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent, , where wheat is the traditional staple. Paratha is an amalgamation of the words parat and atta, which literally means layers of cooked dough. Wikipedia
You had Kerala parathas with Mark in Kerala. Those were in layers, completely different technique. Next time ask for the Tawa chops and/or Haleem.
