Its true what your saying about the Harbour Mall. My son was all excited about it when it first opened for roller blading and such and though never ate there was a good mall when it first opened. All my family feel sad about it now as its literally like a Zombie Mall now in 2020 so as for recommending this All Seasons over the busy one in Central unfortunately have to strongly disagree. Like many or should I say pretty much every restaurant does if product doesn't move that day, its back again the next day its that simple. That is where in Pattaya Higher end restaurants are a big no for me, not about price its about the produce being fresh. You cant have a 100 item menu in an expensive restaurant and think that what your getting is super fresh, no way. More likely got freezer burn on most items and thawed out in a Microwave to start the ball rolling. I am not a Cheap Charlie i have ate and still do on occasion eat high end but consistently the food I often go to when hungry and cant be bothered cooking is at Kiss Food. The amount of foot traffic those 3 restaurants get is big, so the turn over ensures you eat fresh……….Maybe cover those 3 in your next video, your presentation and manner is excellent, thumbs up and subscribe.

I do like all the positive comments but do have to wonder in amazement at those who have lost there common decency that pop up on yours and lots of other channels with there negatively and sometimes just plain stupid comments

Very well done video. You get right to the point. Your use of the maps is excellent and a real bonus for people that do not know their way around town. I've eaten at the All Season's buffet for several years when I visit Central Festival. The Central Festival Mall gets far more meat eating tourists than the Harbor Mall in the middle of town – which is mostly visited by Thai locals (A point you do bring up.). As it is now – towards the end of 2019 – there is an 'over abundance' of shopping malls in Pattaya, which is way over saturated with Terminal 21, Central Festival, Royal Garden, Mike Shopping Mall, Avenue New mall, Harbor mall plus the Marina along with BIG C Extra with a few Tesco-Lotus's scattered about – and there are NONE in Jomtien Beach near the ocean! I fail to understand why the 'powers that be' are insistent on trying to make Pattaya a place where people come to shop. In my humble opinion – that is just not the case why most visitors come to Pattaya. A lot of people just go to the malls to enjoy the free air con or go to a movie while they look around most of the time. Central Festival and Terminal 21 are really GIANT food courts with some shops scattered about…
Forget the beef stake , it hard to eat no one can chew those stake but the food is ok and the price is change now to 329 all season

alll the "hot" food I tried had to be reheated via microwave by the surly staff. We were here March 2018, went with a open mind and friendly disposition whch was not reprocated.
No worries , maybe was there on an "off day"? the all seasons in central festival looks much much better, tho. Next time we are in Pattaya we will give central festival all seasons a go.

I'm always leery about buffets due to the health risk of customers coughing, sneezing and other things all over the food. Plus not washing their hands, licking their fingers and also other disgusting things.

I am not a picky eater, but this was the worst buffet ive ever been to. The quality was horrible and the meat was about 1 notch from being inedible. Much better to hit up things like The Edge Hilton Tex Mex buffet for 600ish baht
