Not bad…the Gulf can be brutal on maintenance and upkeep. It costs a lot for that, especially in labor shortage times.
*UPDATE* My stay at the pearl was decent. I really enjoyed the beach access on the property. The shower head worked great. Sorry you had a room with a bad shower. Downside about the pearl was there was no room service (probably due to the labor shortage) We checked in around 6pm, but the room was not ready until 7pm (the earliest you can check in is 4pm).Overall, it was worth the price and I might be staying here again in the near future.

Hey Dude. I think i stayed in that exact same room, 902, last month waiting to see SN 11. I spent a few thousand $$$ over my travelocity planned trip on flight cancellations, missed flights, rental car extensions, Room rates varying day to day, and 2 weeks of dog care back in South Carolina! I used Gorilla double sided tape to mount coffee trays to metal railing for ipad! All for a great AUDIO experience!!!!! Fog so bad I could barely see the condos across the pool areas!!! Cool flashback! Thanks. Going to be harder to book that room as launch popularity gains ill bet! Ken Byrd

Thank you very much for this! I saw some great reviews and negative reviews for this resort. Was a little skeptical till I watched this video. Hopefully our shower set up will be better. haha. Booked four nights in early June. $134.25 a night, not too bad!

The pools he show are from the Sapphire Luxury condominiums. Are a little bit pricey bad a good place for kids.
