I was next to a red roof hotel im glad my mom didnt pick tyhere to stay
I went to Red Roof Inn and there was cockroaches and ants everywhere and there was hair in the bed

What's probably more shocking is that people like you and me who stay in these hotels/motels do this stuff and leave our dirty socks behind a dresser or shove our used q-tip behind the nightstand, etc. Yes, the hotel staff is supposed to clean and all but if we're doing this in the first place, it's kind of on us to make sure we sweep up our toenail clippings once we're done and properly dispose of them in the first place. It's on us to make sure that q-tip actually makes it into the trash can. It's a hotel room, yes, and so I suppose many would think "well, that's not my job" but it's your job at home so why not in the hotel room, too? Who leaves a chicken bone tucked up into the bed frame of the room they're staying with? I mean, you can't really say that was accidental. LOL
The chicken bone location was as good as the time I found an entire package of lunch meat spread out under all the sofa and chair cushions (separate items of furniture, no less) at a hotel in Florida a couple years ago. Yeah, I know, Florida so I should've expected that but, really, one of us did that at some point; "us" being the people who pay to stay at these places. Who does that? LOL It sure wasn't accidental.

I remember Gordon Ramsey using a device in his worst hotel experiences show. There was 1 lady who had defecated on the carpet of one of the hotel rooms. I believe he said any score on the meter above 50 or so would be considered as disgusting and not fit for a hotel. The meter showed about 10 times that score.
Long story short they should have used that device to test these rooms.

Super gross! Thank god for Air Bnbs now…i remember one of my friends when we all went to Coachella years ago when i was a teen she scraped her knee in the pool at our hotel and got Staff infection and almost died because the pool wasn't cleaned properly. Its crazy.
