Just got back last week. It was a shame that this resort was
on the nice location, however its management
(especially a manager) really was a disaster. Room is dirty. Sheet and
towels were ripped open and stained. Water heater was unusable. Lots of Chinese
tour + kids. They even messed up our snorkeling trip by switching between
programs A and B without informing us and caused us to miss a few nice islands.
A manager himself was unprofessional and handled things
"money-first" type attitude. Other lower staffs are nice and very
helpful, though.
I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone for the
first-timer to Koh Lipe.
