For S$138 net per night you could stay with Lyft at Funan, currently this price is pay 2 stay 3. If you look for further value for money place to stay, you could try ST Signature, they have different central locations, shared bathroom or en-suite, from S$36 (single without window shared bath) /S$46 (single with window shared bath) to S$96 en-suite, all net price you could book through Airbnb.
