We went to the restaurant that Wednesday after watching your video with excitement (because i watched your whole long video and noticed your family had been there several times. I thought it must be very genuine love and delicious). But it turned out to us the dishs are oily and saulty, terrible and expensive. All the food that night were done by non-Chinese cook per the manager who helped us ordering(He said the HK chef not there and when I mentioned I came because of your YouTube channel recommendation, he seemed definitely knew you). Anyway, they not Chinese flavour at all, especially the 2nd time cooked pork, my Chinese friend even dont realised it was "hui guo rou" by the way cooked, he thought it was just pork sautéd with chilli. Haha. The dim sum maybe due to it's ready-made frozen are the only things kept the Chinese flavour. We only like the "shrimp Chang fen"-
–fresh rice roll and the dumpling. Wont go there any more. I want to stress, Chinese dish, especially Canton style dish and Sichuan style dish are not like what they presented, we are very disappointed (Btw,the recently closed restaurant also on Banawe street,Yi Pin Xian Seafood Restaurant is the real good Chinese Canton and Minan style) really. They are doing like Gloria Maria or Hap Chan, they just provide modified Chinese style–Philipino-Chinese style dish only. To be honest, great disappointment.Taro is not ube,sir
