Seems to me that the Haitian restaurant was actually genuinely good. Sucks they just got a bad inspector.
I eat at home. No guessing how clean things are. I saw someone drop a pizza on the floor and served it. I ran out before I got my pizza. Also, dirty aprons worn over again. Many times people handle food without gloves. Butchers wipe their
hands on dirty aprons. I've seen it. Changing dates on expired foods big right now. Eat home, cleaner, cheaper, healthier.
It's amazing how many restaurants and businesses don't care about customers and give people stink food and expect us to come back, so they can get more money. They are truly disgusting.
I wish these places would take all accountability for the violations. If not keep them closed.

Prestige looked good to me. Looks like he lived up to his name.
This is the exact opposite of what happened on a video I just watched. A restaurant with an A grade had live rats running in the kitchen caught on employee camera. Scary that it was allowed to be open.
The last inspector was a karen on a power trip. Cant even trust restaurant food safety inspectors

All the ppl giving the Haitian guy a pass? well the place is going to look clean when it has been cleaned recently, thats not the point at all, the said issues happen after the kitchen has been running for a few weeks, that should never happen coz cleaning should be their daily agenda. Sorry but i dont think that a place that was neglected to the point of being shutdown should be allowed to reopen. It should be one and done when it comes to public health issue, we cant give them 2nd chances to kill ppl.
That last restaraunt was super clean! And the owner was really nice!!

These inspectors know they have the power to shut a place down, extortion is an easy avenue for them.

Ngl, I'm extremely happy WPLG helped the Haitian get his business back open! I hope the inspector got fired by now. She was all the way wrong for shutting this man down.

Jules got burned, the inspector needs disciplinary action, such as demotion. 5 days can put you out of business. If a customer drives 15 minutes to get to a restaurant and it's closed, they never come back.
