wow, even though i'm watching this video two years later, it a very well-done comprehensive update of the unsolved case up to the date you posted it. Up until she gets out of the elevator it seems shes trying to trigger the sensor in the elevator to make the doors close. But when she gets out at one point her fingers, hands and arm elongate while shes talking to whatever. That's not bipolar symptoms, medication withdrawal, depression, etc. Writing Elisa off as just a poor crazy girl is disrespectful af when NOBODY knows the real truth. And if they do their not talking. All anyone can do now is speculate.

This really got to me. Elisa felt like a friend and I have never met her. I don't doubt that someone witnessed her climb into the water tank and not say anything. I have a feeling someone was outside the elevator. They knew that there were no cameras so that is why they didn't walk in. Something does seem suspicious.
the reason why she acted like that is beacuse she accidintaly pressed the hold door buttun thats why she was peeking out the door and when she was waving her arms is when she was talking she was waving her arms cuase we do that to
There's a phase during hypothermia where the brain sends mixed signals to the body that you're overheating. This would explain why she took her clothes off while treading water. It's why some people are found frozen to death with minimal clothes on.

She was a smart girl. It's impossible for this young to do it all herself. She certainly is an easy target for predator but the police is incompetent. The less work they have the better. It's convenient to put the blame on that poor girl. We should not leave this case unsolved.

I personally believe the story that she was drugged and abused and then left there. it doesn’t seem like a stretch in my opinion. I’ve also seen so many different places people apartment touring a People downtown in general where they mention and all show the Cecil hotel water towers from a view that anyone can see from it truly makes me wonder if someone from above in a different tower didn’t see it happen or even better yet a camera?

I always thought it was pretty obvious she made some people mad, maybe drugs or something. The video of the elevator clearly looks like she's evading someone, then gets scared by that person finding her, and then another person shows up behind her. Then the "weird hand thing" is her explaining something to someone, looks like she's counting off on her fingers, and then laughing in frustration. Not to mention the door could only stay open for so long if somebody was holding the elevator button
