Stayed at the holiday inn over 50 times and Gulliver a was go to for football and food. And the pool tables. Always had a slight run to one side. Wonder if that was fixed!!

Good choice of venue – one of my Mrs's favourites – 100% money well spent for the ambiance and quality. Your showing off the best of Pattaya and Pratumnak in this series – well done on such a different take on life out here. Its a welcome change for us feeling the sea breezes – tend not to get them in Khon Kaen or Udon lol Its real nice hearing your good lady explain whats in the dishes – mine does the same – i quite like being treated like an 8 year old 🙂 Shes a brave girl with the "lemon sauce" not a lemon in sight just the juice of 100 chillies – and they STILL go for it lol
Great views, good food at sensible prices what more could you wish for. I had a Thai meal with the wife a few days ago, red curry for the wife, green for me, and some prawn crackers and two cokes £43.70 = 1,886.10 THB Not something you can do very often in the UK .

Nice review Dave. Must say I don’t think I’ve ever seen a masaman with a sauce that dark but it looked yummy. The Pork neck looked great too. Bit pricier than the norm but as you say a lovely position

A very pleasant eating environment overlooking the beach and the price seemed very reasonable for what you ordered. In 2017/2018, I regularly visited The LK Empress, situated much further down on Beach Road (Soi 12) and the Buffet Breakfast was very good value at around 230 Baht. However, when the cost increased to 300 Baht, I decided to take my custom elsewhere.
