Hi Matt,
Enjoyed your making of the garden table . Keep posting
Thanks David
Question: with 2 screws across each plank, and the planks apparently right against each other, can you help me understand why wood movement won't be a problem? I would naively expect issues but still can't get my head around wood movement properly…
That design is very simple but very versatile.
Nice, but those legs on the end need a horizontal support between them.
10% off isn't enough. With high gas prices we need at least 30% off yFood.
Yeah that looks good
Nice one Matt ! Just a couple of add-ons, a bottle opener screwed to one leg and a fridge with cold amber fluid underneath. Geez mate !! Don't want woodworkers to go thirsty do we ? Onya Matt !
Sweet 👍🏻 👍🏻
Great video!
That tent is great but you must to cursing the white balance issues!
Looks a fab table. Well done Matt
Hi Matt, that is a exc6looking outdoor tabe, well done mate.
I am sooooooooo pleased that you didn’t “recline” on it like the work bench 🤢
That won't fall apart when you look at it Matt, unlike some "Garden furniture"!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎
Like the little feet, should help stop the rotting 😁
That looks brilliant, has also given me an idea to make one the same – thanks for the videos, love them. The garden set up looks a bit strange, seems like a driveway than the garden, looks good if you get along with the neighbours tho 👍
Nice table… Got me thinking maybe I should make an outdoor one too 🤔 loved the belt and braces bit!
Great vid – will be back for more. Subscribed!
Nice and simple, but looks really smart. Do you get your timber from a DIY shop or a timber merchant?
Is that the 12V bosch sander you used ? Do you like it ? As someone who makes mostly small things I'm wondering how good it would be …
Great video but when you paint it makes me wince!
Nice job Matt thanks for sharing 🍺🍺👍👍
"How can you trust a man who wears both a belt and suspenders? The man can’t even trust his own pants."
Thank you.
You missed the opportunity to do a Wandell leap and land at the end there buddy.
Looks Great! Will serve you great for many years to come.
Confucius he say "Man who carry table, need dolly." it would be good to have your approach (practical, economical, with an eye to style) to the subject of dollies – make them or wait for them to crop up at Lidl etc.
Pretty nice work , Matt! 😃
Awesome looking table!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
90mm screws to hold the top on Matt, that is belt and braces 😁. I like the idea of the second underside brace to stop the leg racking 👍🏻
Nice one! Was that a Bosch 12V sander?
hi matt where did yoy get paint from please
Hi Matt where did you get the feet cheers Andy
Nice table. That paint is almost Rag'n'Bone green. Did you get permission to use it?
Very nice Matt, I've got one just like it on my patio under the gazebo. However I used p-hole screws to attach the top (plywood sheet) to the skirt. A complete once over with some of that green garden paint and propped up on four old bench biscuits, thing is, patio chairs are silly low and we sit, peering at eye level at each other over the top. Your bench build sounds like a great idea. Bring it on!
Perfect. I need to build myself an outdoor workbench so might follow this design. How do you get on with that sander? What is the hook and loop pad like as the Bosch sander I have is rubbish in that department.
Looks great Matt I enjoyed the build it's nice and simple. Your workspace if brilliant. Tony
Great job Matt, enjoying watching you in your new work space.
Superb Matt, great to see dual purpose builds 👏 cheers Rob
