Can you just walk in to a Premier Inn and get a breakfast ?
I've just booked a few days at the 'PI Hub' at Goodge Street but a warning popped up saying therre was no dining available on the dates I picked .. not worried about evening meals, but would have been nice to have a big breakfast before heading out.
Now, we'll have to go somewhere as a first stop for our brekkie .. maybe to another PI or even a Travelodge

Premier Inn breakfast is just immaculate. I personally prefer the buffet form as then I don't feel judged for ordering an obscene amount. But yes absolutely it'll be fresher cooked to order than left out on hot plates
