Shanghai is great. The other dish everybody orders there is the green beans with chilli and Szechuan pepper. My kids also like the braised pork belly and smashed-up cucumber – but especially the soup dumplings 🙂

Wifey always come out the Chinese restaurant says she's still hungry. Loved the go karts, always try them out. Patong Kart Speedway my favourite. Proper racing karts. I don't think Bira has arrive and drive option tho does it? You have to be member and have own kart which is a pity, as great track

Just came back from an eat-a-thon in Vegas. I've been wanting to try the filet of fish in hot oil for decades, lol. Finally, stopped into this restaurant called " China Mama." What I notice is that the size of the bowls seem to be the same, they're huge, lol. I could have easily fed three more people with the portion I got. The soup was good and was loaded with filet. My cost with steamed rice was $25.00.
The rule of thumb for both Chinese and Thai food is you eat where the locals eat. I am American and I lived in a university town with many Chinese foreign exchange students. I always asked where the best Chinese food was in town. They always gave the same answer. Strangely enough, it was the same place I ate Chinese food as a university student. In Thailand, my Thai friends would always take me to these weird places that always took an hour to get to, and no English anywhere, but they were never wrong.
