I wonder how many smart people bought land near downtown Pattaya back in 1987 or even 1967 when U.S. servicemen first came here. Today all this is a teeming metropolis and just back in the 1980s it was still very laid back. I was scheduled for R&R in Bangkok, with a possible venture to Pattaya in 1967 but I left the group in Saigon and stay there for my R&R.

Great days no screaming motorcycle & scooters. Kloster was my favourite beer no Loe. Every weekend the road was closed for convoy of Royal families, ministers and generals from BKK travelling at 150klm with ever turning blocked.

Love it! But without music it wasn't as enjoyable as it could be – in fact I's sure many people didn't watch whole thing because of it. If you could add some suitable music to it and reload it to YouTube you would probably get a million views!
