Very nice apartments but I would prefer to be nearer Pattaya, loved your Pizza delivery ladies, it was kind of them to fetch your pizzas. Are their any marinas in Pattaya, I have seen one on the map but street view it looks abandoned, any chance of a look at that and condos etc near that, cheers David.

I was under the impression that the rule for buying apartments/condos in Thailand is: "Foreigners cannot make up more than 40% of the condominium´s unit-owners" … So if 80% of the units are already sold, might pay to find out the percentage of Thai vs Foreigner

Let’s not forget you don’t even have freedom of expression/speech in Thailand, just like the American man arrested recently for criticizing a hotel there and now faces two years in prison. And who would want to live in that environment? So again how can they justify those ridiculous prices when you don’t even have basic human rights. Seems third world to me.

Definitely a great looking condo. The interior layout does look an awful lot like your friend's Penthouse in Pattaya though. Price is definitely way high for Thailand I believe.

Knowing there are lots of farangs who actually own property in Thailand but can't make use of it at the moment for various reasons including the Thai Governments low regard for farangs that aren't multimillionaires, I kind of doubt there will be much farang interest in these (IMO) overpriced condos.
I appreciate these guys are just doing their job and trying to earn a baht or two, but south east Thailand will never have the reputation of Phuket area, where that price would be more palatable, although that may change as well if the doors to thailand aren't unlocked soon.
80% sold seems to be the standard 'go to' response in TH property sales…
Chinese seem to be less worried about prices, as they're just pleased to move money out of China in case they have a problem with a senior CCP official and need to get out quick…
