Another great video Daz. Thanks 🙏🏾 for showing us around. My research shows that for $800 a month you could get a high rise condo vs $1300 a month for the hotel. The $800 price is AirB&B. Of course you wouldn’t get the daily room service but I don’t require that. I don’t think this is a great value as you want to believe

Hi sir. I know this hotel, last 15 years it was 5 starts .1 night 6000 bath. And it was the best hotel with mariot hotel. There was not central festival, only avenu galeri and royal garden plaza.

M-Hotel's are known around the world for their Quirky, hip, modern, sometimes downright weird styling. They are also pretty unique hotel-hotel. I think you can find some common elements at hotels built around the same time in the same country but even then they always seem to manage to make say London Bayswater look different to London Chelsea ( and for those unaware those two places are pretty damn close).
I find it quite refreshing to have a room and shared areas that stand out and show some individuality and, proper, consideration into styling but for those who don't feel that way I would say that you might find a bit love it or hate it. Would say that those locations that use pink can have a tendency of using a quite deep one that can be a bit garish & jarring 1st thing in the morning or after a long flight but looks like this place has avoided it's use
Nice place and good value for the money but far too fancy for an old codger like me – I think I'll stay with my usual 3-star or occasional 4-star haunts, with condos for longer stays. I don't really care for the open concept washrooms, either – maybe I'm old-fashioned but I prefer to do my ablutions in private, and let my guests do the same…
i use to centric sea Pattaya on second road 13k a month split it with my ex-gf since she said she wanted to move there and it is closer to her workplace honey 2. i didnt even pay any sponsorship to her.. just supported her when i need to. it was like a mutual relationship but the gogo girls not so much… i have dated girls from 2006 until now.. gogo and bar girls are hugely gold diggers to me.
take note folks gogo/bar girls….. you gotta watch your back
I stayed in this one, based on Fat Besty’s recommendation. Have to say I didn’t like it. It’s very tired and needs a refit. The aircon is very loud and intrusive, and I had a sore throat the whole time I was there which cleared up as soon as I checked out, suggesting dirty air filters on the aircon. Breakfast is also lame. Staff were great though and location is excellent.

I’d like a room with a jacuzzi you could have some fun in there.
I have stayed in this hotel before, and really did not like it. Although the room initially has a “wow”, or perhaps more correctly, a “weird” factor, it is actually unsettling. A bed plonked down in the middle of the room? After the second night there, I realised what felt wrong. Even on a short vacation, your hotel room becomes your “home”. After a night out, I never had the feeling of returning to my room, (as a possessive). I stayed 3 nights, and was pleased to move out.
The roof top bar has great food and cocktails and is open to the public. Worth starting an evening out here.
I would not stay at this hotel again even if they lowered the prices.

Don't like the look of the rooms in this hotel. Rooms seemed very dated and somewhat tacky. Horrible showers and poor room layout. I definitely wouldn't stay there. There are much better modern cleaner looking hotels.

I don't think most of your followers stay in places like this. Whoever is looking for the cheapest drink and food cannot pay this amount to live in a hotel like this. I know some people who do not pay more than 600 baht per night.Thank you for informative vid.

Hi Daz, The rooms are very nice, but not cheap and I don't think she gave you any discount for booking for 1 month or more, the price she gave you is the same as if you booked for 1 night. I checked on Agoda for June and it was cheaper only £34 a night including tax and service charge for the Deluxe room, so when they say the special discount price for you for 1 month is not always true, always best to check on hotel booking sites and compare the prices.
Loved the walk-through — many thanks for that. I've booked in to that hotel for the first time for dates in June. As mentioned by others, Agoda has a rate for it in the 1,200 – 1,300 THB range, and I'm only booked in for nine nights.
Wow very different I stayed in a room at a hotel in Bali that reminds me of it. I need to get a suite for a couple nights with that tub!
