    Excellent choices, all were my favorites when I had my regular Saturday lunches there, especially the dumpling place is out of this world, the freshness, reasonable prices, nice place and people. All good memories. 👍👍

    I noticed that your adding a spicy chile sauce, sambal, or chile oil to every bite of the food, it seems you have to mask the true flavor of the food with heat, or spice. Even a beautiful rare prime rib, you slathered it with horseradish.?

    Throughout the video you had shot some footage of the #1 stall in Chinatown Complex. No other stall even comes close in terms of food quality, execution of cuisine and taste notes.

    Thankfully the stall is not featured in any one of the 5 you recommended. But keep it that way so that the stalls wont be flooded by tourists and locals can continue to enjoy the delicacies unmolested!!

    I just came from Singapore and tried your recommendation of Clay pot rice at the Chinese complex hawker center. It was good, but the owner, whom you said was so nice, was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered. I even mentioned that I've learned of her place thru you, and even shouted at me. The food, though good but not really fantastic, was dampened more due to the owners attitude. I wouldn't recommend it, it will destroy your vacation vibe.

    My God, how is food soooo cheap there compared to the U.S. You literally can not get a full meal for less then 10 dollars here(and thats fast food). For dine in restaurant food, you are talking about at least $15-40 dollars. Also, how do you eat all that food and stay so damn skinny? 🤣🤣😂😂
