David: you are there reporting on the ground. How is everybody holding up to this Covid calamity? Needless to say, the ladies have certainly returned to their hometown provinces to sit out this disaster to their livelihood that impacted the whole world over.
The diehard tourists found themselves having the whole town to themselves but no action. Certainly no way for a vacation like this.
I believe the LOS gov are deliberately trying to dissuade tourists from visiting LOS, but trying to look like they are being reasonable to their citizens. All you need to do is listen to the LOS health minister. Those foreign bar owners are going to get crushed unfortunately

Another very good video David. It speaks for itself. Sadly, Pattaya is a pale shadow of its former self. Can only hope it will bounce back…and sooner rather than later of course.
I respect those business establishments who have holded up since past 2 years of hoping things getting back to normal. Unfortunately there wont be a old normal coming.
The end of commercial estate is coming up soon. The old ones will fade away making way for new ones and the cycle will continue where at a certain point it all wont make sense.

Yes good video there, knew all the places you biked down. Been going since 2004,not gone the last 2 years cause of all the uncertainty. Not sure if I spelt that correctly. Have a thai wife, we live in the UK. Go on holiday there, mostly spend our time in the wife's village, seeing her family. Probably the wife will go next high season to see her family, I'm not too fussed. Hey ho life goes on. Bri and frei east Yorkshire.
